DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the notice procedure outlined below.

Notice Requirements

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you must provide a written communication that includes the following information:
  • An identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our website (e.g., a URL or description of the location).
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, email address, and phone number.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright right that is allegedly infringed.

Our Take Down Process

Upon receipt of a compliant DMCA notification, we will promptly remove the allegedly infringing material, if applicable. We will also disable access to the material. We will forward the notification to the alleged infringer and inform them that the material has been removed or access has been disabled. The alleged infringer will have an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

Counter-Notifications

If the material was removed or access was disabled, the alleged infringer may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification should contain the following information:
  • A physical or electronic signature of the alleged infringer.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was taken down.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the alleged infringer has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • The name and address of the alleged infringer, and a statement that the alleged infringer consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the alleged infringer's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we are located.

Repeat Offenders

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
